Questions to ask before you pick a holiday package
A good packaged holiday is a starting point, not a straitjacket. Here’s what we’d want you to check - and what we’ll happily answer on WhatsApp before you commit.
What exactly is included?
Flights or just transfers? Breakfast or all meals? Private cab or shared? Read the inclusions and ask, line by line. The surprises are almost always in the middle.
Can the days move around?
If day two is the one thing you came for, and the package puts it at the end, rearrange it. A package should be a template - customisable around your dates, your group, your pace.
What does “onward” actually mean?
“That price, onward” means it depends on dates, hotels and group size. Give us your dates and headcount and we’ll quote the real number, not the starting number.
Are there quiet days?
Two exhausting days in a row ruins a holiday. Ask for the itinerary to include a lazy morning or a free evening.
What happens if plans change?
Weather closes a pass, a train gets delayed, a ferry gets cancelled. Check how helpfully the ground team responds before you book, not during the trip.
