Who we are
Turbo Tours & Travels plans holidays from Aluva, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala 683051. Most trips are in Kerala: private cabs, houseboats and stays, usually starting at Kochi airport (COK) or Ernakulam station. Other India trips - such as Goa, Himachal, Rajasthan or Kashmir - we plan on request.
We are the planner. Hotels, houseboat crews and cab operators run their own services. You book them through us. There is no account and no checkout on this website. Planning happens on WhatsApp.
How a booking works
- You message us with dates, who is travelling, and the places you have in mind.
- We reply with days, stays and a price. Packages on this site are starting points - we reshape them.
- The trip is confirmed only when we say so in the WhatsApp chat, after you accept that quote.
- A small advance confirms the booking. The balance is due as we agree in the same chat.
- Before you travel we send pickup details and the numbers to use on the road.
A quote is not a booking. Houseboats, rooms and vehicles can fill up, so we confirm each one before we call the trip confirmed. The same steps apply if you ask us for flight options, a hotel, or visa paperwork.
Prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) for the trip we describe. There is no extra booking fee from us. The quote says what is included - often the stays, a private cab, driver costs, and the activities named in the days.
Unless the quote lists them, the price does not include:
- Flights, trains or buses into Kerala
- Meals, entry tickets and permits that are not named
- Travel insurance, visa fees and tips
- Changes you ask for after the trip is confirmed
We can help with flights into Kochi and with visa paperwork. Those are separate from the holiday price unless the quote says they are included. We cannot promise a visa will be granted.
Payments
You pay the advance and the balance the way we agree in writing on WhatsApp. This website does not take card payments. We never ask for a card number, CVV, net-banking password or UPI PIN. If someone does, it is not us. Call +91 88482 25532.
Keep the chat. It is your record of the price, what is included, and what you have paid.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation terms are written in your quote before you pay the advance. Hotels, houseboats and vehicles charge their own cancellation fees. We pass those on as they are, without adding a margin, and we tell you the figure before you decide.
If we cannot deliver the trip we confirmed, you choose a reasonable alternative or a refund of what you paid us for the part we cannot provide.
What you need to tell us
- Accurate dates, group size and ages.
- Anything that changes the plan: mobility, children, dietary needs, or a medical condition we should plan around.
- Questions about anything you expected in the quote and did not see.
If wrong details mean a room, cab or boat has to be rebooked, the extra cost is yours.
Travel documents and insurance
You need a valid passport and any visa or permit your trip requires. We can guide you through the paperwork. A refusal, or a fine for the wrong documents, is not our responsibility.
Take travel insurance that covers medical care and cancellation, including hills and backwaters. Monsoon rain, landslides, strikes and road closures happen in Kerala. We will say if a plan looks unsafe for your group. We are not doctors.
If plans go wrong
Tell us in the same WhatsApp chat while you are travelling, so we can fix a cab, a stay or a houseboat on the day. You can also email hello@turbotours.in or call +91 88482 25532. We reply in business hours.
We are not liable for weather, road closures, government orders, airline changes, or a visa refusal. Where we do owe you something, it is limited to what you paid us for the affected part of the trip. Nothing here limits liability for death or injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
This website
Pages describe the kind of trip we plan. Your booking is the quote we confirm in writing, not a price or photo on the site. Photos show the area, not a guaranteed room or boat. “Best time to visit” is guidance, not a weather promise.
Text, photos and the Turbo Tours & Travels name and logo are ours. You may use the pages to plan your own trip. Please do not copy the site or use our name for another business.
Law
These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala, deal with disputes. The version that applies to your trip is the one in force when you confirmed the booking. The date at the top of this page is the current version.
