This website has no accounts, no membership and no checkout. Browsing it does not ask you to identify yourself. We do not run ads or analytics on the site. We do not sell or rent your information.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may log an IP address, the page requested, and the browser you used. We use that to keep the site up and secure, not to build a profile of you.
What you send us
When you ask us to plan a trip, we keep what you choose to share, such as:
- Your name, phone number and email
- Travel dates, group size and the places you want - Kerala first, or another India trip on request
- Notes about pace, budget, stays, children, or access and dietary needs
- The messages in our chat
The form on the contact page is not sent to our server. It opens WhatsApp with your name, destination, dates and notes filled in. Nothing reaches us unless you send that message.
Booking happens on WhatsApp at +91 88482 25532. Every “Plan on WhatsApp” button opens that chat. WhatsApp (Meta) handles the message under its own privacy policy. You can also call us at +91 88913 62156, +91 98622 63340.
Payments
We do not take card payments on this website and we do not store card numbers, CVV codes, net-banking passwords or UPI PINs. The advance and the balance are agreed in the WhatsApp chat. We keep the itinerary, price and payment notes for that booking.
Who else sees it
- Hotels, houseboats and cab operators - the names and contact details they need to hold your booking.
- WhatsApp (Meta) - the chat you start with us.
- Cloudflare - technical logs for hosting the site.
- Our email provider - if you write to hello@turbotours.in.
They get only what that job needs. We do not give them your details for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry chats stay while we are planning with you, then we delete them if you ask or once they are no longer needed. Confirmed bookings and payment notes stay for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require. If a complaint is open, we keep the thread until it is closed.
This site is for adults planning a trip, including family holidays. We do not seek information from children. If a child has sent us personal details, email us and we will delete them.
Cookies
Public pages do not set tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own editing area, which visitors do not use. Details are in the cookie policy.
Your choices
Email hello@turbotours.in to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete what we no longer need for your trip or for tax records. We may ask you to confirm it is you before we share a booking. If you are unhappy with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
The date at the top of this page is the current version. We will update it if what we collect changes.
