The itinerary we send most often: one night in Fort Kochi, three nights in the tea hills, then a houseboat night before you fly out of COK. It is unhurried enough for families and complete enough for a first Kerala holiday.
Itinerary
Airport pickup. Evening walk in Fort Kochi if you land before dusk. Overnight in the old quarter.
Private cab through spice and tea country (4-5 hours). Evening at a plantation stay.
Tea Museum, Eravikulam or Top Station depending on the season and what is open.
Waterfalls or a free morning. Optional jeep trail. Overnight in the hills.
Drive down to the backwaters. Board a private houseboat in the afternoon. Overnight on the water.
Breakfast on board. Drop at Kochi airport or station.
